Estimated Time of Arrival: Orders are processed on business days, Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time, excluding holidays recognized by the Post Office.

Production Time: Custom orders typically ship within 3-7 business days, while non-custom orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Shipping Time: Delivery times vary depending on your location. While we collaborate closely with our logistics partners to provide accurate estimates, please note that transit times are approximate and subject to factors beyond our control.

Order Tracking: Once your order is shipped, you'll receive email notifications and have access to real-time tracking on our website. Some orders may be split into multiple parcels, each with its own tracking number.

Please allow 5-7 days for carriers to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is unavailable initially, it means the parcel hasn't been processed yet.

We hold no responsibility for orders delivered to incorrect addresses or returned to sender. Such orders will be handled by our shipping partners. Please verify your shipping address before reaching out to our customer support.

For orders returned due to incorrect addresses, a re-shipping fee is applicable. We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost, stolen, or damaged after redirection requests made to carriers.
